6 months and half way there

Something clicked in my head January 7th this year, it was my WTF moment. In the last six months I have corrected my eatting, lost over 70 pounds, started walking and trying to hit 10,000 steps a day, completed a C25K program, ran my first 5K race, and starting lifting heavy. It is amazing how much better I feel. Can't wait to see what the next six months brings. And of course I have to include a pic. Bottom pic was end of the baseball season last summer and the top was father's day about 10 pounds heavier than I am now.
