    I'm down to about 240 now but it fluctuates.
    That's 62 pounds down and 60 more to go :)

    I don't know how to add pictures on this thread but my last profile pic shows a 40-45lb difference and I've lost 50lb now :)

    My biggest was 141. So, I haven't lost much, I am at 132. I can see a small difference, but I can't wait until I am where I want to be. I notice it mainly in my face.

    I started out at 5'4.5 and 153 lbs, now I'm 122 lbs and feel so healthy.
    It's literally because I count calories, there's no other explanation...
