Dessert Every Night

Yes to dessert every night. A few bites of sundae, a Lindt chocolate ball or 2, one of those snackable pudding-cups. And a whole orange after 'cus who doesn't love an orange0

God I wish I could eat whatever I want in huge quantities and never have a weight problem... life sux.. alot
I know...it's not always fun but seeing results + having some of my favorite foods is enough for me. I hate having to be so restricted with "clean" eating all the time (don't like that term) so flexible dieting is a lot more amenable to my needs!0 -
I have to round the day off with a couple of chocolate biscuits. Yum0
-
I refuse to not eat chocolate :P I at least need something after dinner or I tend to go nuts... My favorites are gelato and dark chocolates.0

My deal breaker is having a list of restrictions. My diets all failed within less than a week until I started just eating whatever I want. If I'm not allowed to eat meat for example (and I HATE meat) I find myself craving it within a week.0

Must have lots of coffee every day and dessert every night.0

My deal breaker are the words "low-fat". Give me avocados, nuts, popcorn popped in real oil, french fries fried in tallow, the entire egg including the glorious yolk, salad topped olive oil, full-fat greek yogurt, full fat cheeses, baked chicken thighs WITH THE SKIN, rib-eye steak..... ZOMG! I love FAT and any diet that requires me to give it up or pretend that the fat free version "tastes just the same" is not going to work for me in the long term.
Of course I can't eat all I want and I have to account for every fat gram but I'm not giving up my full fat foods..EVER!0 -
Restaurants. I really like trying local restaurants and going out with friends and hanging out over a meal and this wouldn't work for me if I couldn't fit that in once or twice a week. Luckily it's not that hard to do, even though I know the calories are really imprecise guesses.
Beyond that, I do like to have dessert a few times a week or partake of a special treat when it's worth the calories. I'm in favor of moderation with all of these, definitely not all or nothing.0 -
With work hour, gym time, I have ended up in a one meal a day routine, Im perfectly happy having just one meal a day, one advantage is i get to eat all my calories in one go, so thats all 1800+ on main and desert.0

i have chocolate and ice cream every day also :drinker:0

I'm the same way with fat! I am never satiated with foods that are labeled "low fat". They are usually full of sugar too.0

I make a cocoa fat bomb everyday0

Hell no to dessert every night. I am not a two cookies/half a cup of ice cream guy at all. And I don't want to be.
Hell yes to limiting the days/nights I eat those sweet treats, but eating as much as I damn well please when I do.
Any plan that does not allow me plenty of protein and good quality fat is a deal breaker. Meat and vegetables form the base of my food pyramid, just the way I like it.
Being expected to eat 5-6 small meals a day is a deal breaker. That's a no, nope, neva. I prefer to eat less and enjoy full meals when I do.
A lifetime of calorie counting is a dealbreaker for me.0 -

This is me! So glad so many people can relate...0 -
My deal breaker is artificial sweeteners. I don't judge people who use them, that's totally cool, but they mess with my vision or something. So if I thought I had to eat "diet" food (I'm thinking in particular of the very popular Hungry Girl food hacks, or the Weight Watchers frozen desserts) I'd never stick to it. I do have dessert every night, and I do eat full fat, real sugar ice creams and pastries. I just log and watch my portions.0

Yeah I am a dessert fan too. Growing up we had dessert with lunch AND dinner every day lol. So for most of my life I've thought something sweet had to follow any savory snack/meal.
Now I mix it up. Dessert on Tuesday night might be 1/2 banana with 1/2 tbsp. of hazelnut spread and dessert on Saturday may be a piece of cheesecake. Whatever fits well into my day.
ETA: I know for me personally I could never totally cut out a specific category of food, like people who don't eat bread. It would just make me want that thing more. As it is, I don't eat a diet that is heavy in carbs...but if I specifically set out to eliminate pasta, rice, bread...I'd crave fried rice for lunch and subs for dinner....every night.0
