What to mix/blend into PLAIN yogurt?

Any suggestions on what tastes good blended/mixed into plain yogurt? (Please, nothing too high in calories)

Pineapple in its own juice (drained), a dash of vanilla, and sweetener of your choice.0

Fresh berries is always my first go to!
A dash of cinnamon
Bananas
A drizzle of honey or your natural sweetener
Natural Peanut butter(don't knock it until you try it!)
Vanilla
You could also add some spices and use it as a veggie dip!0 -
I use plain yogurt for a lot of things.
Use it instead of sour cream in a number of dishes.
I used it to mix my chicken salad last night instead of mayo.
Of course, I use it with fruit and nuts a lot.
I use it to make smoothies
and this morning for breakfast - mixed cherry tomatoes, avocado and hot sauce with it.

For plain Greek yogurt, I add some blueberries, honey, and almonds.0

I love me some berries in my yogurt! A little bit of natural preserves is good too - usually not very high cal if you use portion control but it does usually mean a bit of added sugar, if that's a concern for you. I've actually made my own compote to add in too - just cooked down some rhubarb and strawberries (no added sugar) and it was pretty darn good!0

You could try muesli (I like Bob's Red Mill)...let it sit in the fridge overnight and eat it for breakfast the next morning.0

Sugar. 16 cals/teaspoon. Agave Nectar. 15 cals per teaspoon. Any fruit. A little Nutella is amazeballs.0

As well as the above suggestions, I've added a tablespoon of cocoa powder (20 cal) and a tablespoon of peanut butter and some stevia and it's like a chocolate peanut butter cup...but good for you lol0

1/2 a T of honey (30 cals) and 1.5 T sugar free jam (15 cals) for 1/2 a cup of yogurt. I have it every morning!0

I mix one container of plain greek yogurt, 1 tbsp of honey, 2 tbsp of peanut butter and a dash of nutmeg. Makes an awesome dip for apples! Since I dip the apples in it, I split the mixture into three servings.0

I mix two tablespoons of Nutella with about 3/4 of a cup of plain greek yogurt and use it as a dip for apples (this amount makes 2 servings).
Sometimes I add a little bit of dry cheesecake flavored pudding mix to it as well. It's amazing.0 -
I would use frozen berries and stir until the juice had saturated the yogurt (which sweetens and flavors it) and it was the consistency of ice cream. It was convincing enough that a co-worker demanded to know where I found ice cream one time.0

I don't understand why you would put anything in plain yogurt. I have been enjoying just as it is. Fruit has sugar in it. I use it like sour cream on baked potatoes for one. I also add it to my noodle vegetable soup. Why does everything have to be sweet. Try savory.0

Err that potato has more carbs (which all carbs are broken down to simple sugars in the body) than a serving of berries....0

I eat plain Greek yogurt, add in some blackberries or blueberries then put in some pumpkin/flax seed granola and top if off with local honey for my breakfast most mornings. yummy!0
