I am an Estimator (specialize in mechanical equipment) for one of the largest EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) companies in the world. Currently I either work within Energy & Chemicals, or the majority of the time, Oil & Gas.

Believe it or not, I'm not a number cruncher.

My education is in Computer Programming though...I've developed a few things for this company to use to make the mundane tasks automated, so we can focus on the real Meat & Potatoes of an estimate.

EDIT: Also a full time Daddy and Husband.

I'm an Environmental Services Technician at the hospital.

Basically that's the lame poshy term for a housekeeper that deals with fantastically disgusting messes on a daily basis. It's a very physical job (6-7 miles of walking, lifting 600-800lbs of linen in 30lb bags, wiping, mopping, vacuuming, etc...) and for that I'm thankful. I would literally be a veal slug if it weren't for my job (well, and now MFP helps with that too).

ERP/Oracle Specialist aka Payroll/Billing Support Person for a Nuclear Contractor

Basically I am a glorified data entry person working in the Nuclear Industry - job is boring, I sit @ a desk all day long and key items into the client Oracle System.

I am also Mommy/Wife/GS Brownie Leader (though my daughter bridges to Junior's in the fall, I am staying with the Brownie's)

But on the side I am a book blogger - I receive FREE books from Publishers/Agents/PR Reps/Indie Authors - read them and write reviews on my blog! This is where I ultimately want to go with my life - Publishing!
