i'm only a teenager, and i'm not massively overweight and i am perfectly healthy. I'm quite short at 5ft and i weigh 55kg, over the past year particularly i've found things difficult concerning my friends, quite trivial but still. after being called 'fat' 'ugly' and 'short' a number of times, i decided 2011 was the perfect time for change. i've got holidays with my friends this summer and i want to look and feel great and since January 1st i've stopped snacking and started swimming twice a week and the wii fit whenever possible, plus walking when i can. It's not loads of exercise but between college work and my job etc, its difficult to find time. every little helps though i suppose. fingers crossed!

its never to early/late to learn healthy habits like eating well and exercising regularly. even if you're not here to lose weight, its great you're taking action now and making good habits. i wish i had done so when i was in my teens and not wait til i'm 35!0
