I am 54 and have tried a different online calorie counter and also the 5:2 diet. Both have worked but my problem is I don't stick to them. I usually get down to 15st and then without thinking about just stop doing it. I feel reasonably fit for my age and do Karate twice a week, cycle to work (weather permitting) and even squeeze in an occasional run, although I can only manage about 1.25 miles.

The difference this time around is going to be interacting with other people. So you are my plan, send a request if you fancy.
