Hi everyone!
I'm a young Australian who is aiming to get into the Fitness Model industry.
I've been out of shape due to injuries and personal matters and had a previous
MFP account so starting fresh with this one!

Diet and nutrition is key!!! Also so is hydration! Even 1% dehydrated causes your metabolism to slow down! Nourish your body with a good diet and make sure to steadily workout!0
