      Most of the runs are actually clothing optional. You can wear as much, or as little as you want. many of the larger breasted women wear a sports bra and shoes. Some people wear thongs and go topless. I would say in the ones I have run, 80% are nude except for shoes and cap. Its usually about 60-40 male to female, and it is not sexual in any way.

      Actually, chafing is worse running nude. Body Glide helps a lot. Chafing is the only downside I have found to running nude. But with a little precaution, it is not a problem at all.
