Hello, My name is Cassie and I am 37 yrs old. My goal is to lose 50 lbs.
I have always struggled with my weight, but I hit my all-time high two years ago. My body is definitely feeling the extra weight and it's time for change! It has come to a point that I hate shopping or leaving home due to the way I feel about myself (I go to work and then it's home bound--that's my routine). Life is just too short not to enjoy!!!!
I would love to have new friends to support to me with this journey, as well as be a support for others that are battling the same issues. WE GOT THIS!

If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal

I joined about 35 days ago and I am looking forward to losing 60lbs. I have 52 more lbs to go. I want to be half my goal by November this year. I notice that I am not keeping up with my calorie intake I am always below and that's not good, any suggestions?0
