    Part of our assignment is to use the tools provided here. Keep track of our progress. Seems to be a very encouraging pleace. :)
    My goals are to change my eating habits and add activity. I am not looking to be a size 10 again, that's not a real goal for me. I am looking to eat healthier and if I lose fat at the same time, GREAT! Looking to obtain a little more strengting in the old body. :)

    Welcome!! I hope you find this assignment fun and this site helpful!! I love it. I've been on here for almost 3 months now. I have lost 15 pounds, several inches and gained many healthy, new habits. Everyone I have met on here has been very helpful and supportive!!
