The gym or at home (Xbox, DVDs, outside, etc.)? I've had much better luck at home and wanted to know what you all do.

Gym by a large margin. Mainly because I don't have the type of equipment the gym has at my house.0 -
I prefer the gym. I don't have the discipline to work out at home but kudos to those that do.0

Gym. I like getting out of my place for excuses and see some people haha
Seeing others workout also motivates me. I just can't do home workouts regularly for some reason0 -
I prefer workouts outside of the gym. My town doesn't have a gym though, so that may influence my decision a bit.0

Meh, both. I feel like I get a better workout while I'm at my house, because I'm not as self-conscious about the other people around me. Flailing around like a crazed woman being attacked by a bat? No problem, the blinds are closed so I'm free to attempt what I call "White Girl Zumba".0

Home... love my Kinect! I never know what to do with myself when I get to the gym haha... I can personalize my workouts at home but still be told what to do AND if I'm doing it wrong!0

Outside!! Run, run, run!0

Home and outside. Don't have the money for a gym and wouldn't go if I did. I don't have the patience to deal with my fellow man.0

Gym.
my home is a fortress of solitude and fun, not a gym.. maybe if i lived in a house with a room i could make into a gym it would be different. but living in an apartment i dont want to be bothered dragging crap out and putting it back0 -
I workout at home mostly for the convenience factor. But getting to workout barefoot is a plus.0

The gym. by a massive amount. it has more equipment, it's my escape/ time for me when i can just get it done and go home. I wouldn't do half as well without the gym.0

The dojo, then outside, then the gym, then home.0
-
Gym. No space to work out at home.0
-
outdoors0

the gym
i like doing the classes
boxersise ,
body pump,
body combat
all good for you and there is no way to say , " i cant be bothered any more"0 -
I have no luck at home but I love to hike outside.
I love yoga classes, Crossfit, sports conditioning, and weightlifting at the gym. I guess to me it's like getting to go to a coffee shop or the library. Plus, I get pushed harder than I will push myself on things I don't like (such as sprints in sports conditioning). I don't have the discipline to do super hard cardio on my own. Weights yes, super hard cardio, no.0 -
Home gym.
In January I decided to buy my own rack, Olympic bar and plates, and a bench. I use to workout at my university gym but I got tired of people telling me not to deadlift heavy weight or I can't use chalk. I have not looked back on it. I bought some horse stall mats two of them they are 6' x 4' 3/4" thick. They protect my floor and I'm constantly deadlifting 350 now.0
