Late night workout question...

I started working out at 11:50 p.m. yesterday, and didn't finish until about 1:30 a.m. this morning. Does that workout count for yesterday, or today?

What difference could it possibly make? Pick a day and move on0

I'd say it doesn't matter. If you tend to work out around this time every day, then just be consistent with how you log it.
Or, if it really drives you nuts, you can change your time zone so your day rolls over later.0 -
