How Do I Log This For Excercise?

I had started out with the 30 Day Shred but that was way too intense for me since I went from not really excercising at all, so I have been doing the 10 minute cardio workout on the Biggest Loser 30-Day Jump Start DVD, but I CANNOT figure out anywhere how many calories I should've burned or how to log it in excercise. Does anybody know?
