    Welcome to the group. Support and Motivation is great here. I fell off the wagon and just got back on this week. I took a real big pride hit when I got on the scale a this past week and realized I had put all of my weight back on except 2 lbs. EERRRRR.

    I know how to do this, it just makes me mad that I allowed myself the excuses.
