I'm so excited. I plan to burn 100 cal on the stair master, than 100 cal on two different elliptical machines each. Than I will do 6 different weight machines which is a full body work out. Than I will do 10 laps in the pool, than about 10 minutes in the steam room. What do u think? I plan to keep that routine for the next 5 days including the 100 squat challenge at home everyday. I also am going to log in everything and try to learn to meal prep. I haven't eatin anything yet today. Is it ok to work out on an empty stomach. I plan to have a big salad and a protein shake after the work out. Oh yeah, and I also need to buy one of those waist training belts. I feel soooooooooo motivated right now. Maybe it's these green tea fat burner pills I just took. Lol. I just really want to stop talking about getting in shape and just get it done already. Off to the gym I go.

i think that routine sounds exhausting and needlessly compilcated personally. Why all the various cardio machines? Pick the cardio you love, work until you burn 300 calories (or X number of minutes or whatever). Do a compound full-body routine with the free weights. You'll be done in half the time and probably get a better workout for it.0

So what happens after the 5 days? And it's after 4 where I am, so hopefully you've eaten before that - I am sure you have.0

Ha ha good one!!! I think op is not being entirely serious :laugh:0

Yea ur right. I did the two elliptical machines like I planned but by the time I got to the stair master, I couldn't last more than 3 minutes and I was sweating like a pig. I did all the strength workouts I said I'd do but by the time I was done, my two hours for the gyms daycare was already up so I never made it to the pool. I chose different cardio machines because I really wanna shape my butt and those 3 machines do it and 3 different ways. Idk0

i think it sounds fine since it works out to be about 60 minutes of exercise depending on what level you are working on the machines and how much time you are taking between them.
if time is an issue the pool would be the biggest time suck (changing, showering, etc) so maybe alternate your time with that on different days.
also with the resistance training, dont work the same muscle groups 2 days in a row so if you're doing full body you only need to do that every other day. if you want to use the machines everyday then split it between upper and lower body.0 -

Bought um from Walmart. They have caffeine in them and make u work out like crazy. I took them on an empty stomach and felt like I was gonna pass out tho. So make sure u have them with a meal0 -

It actually took me two hours today and I didn't even make it to the pool lol but that's just because it's been a while sinse I've been to the gym. I love ur advise. I think ill do cardio and pool one day than cardio and strength training the next day and keep switching off0
