      Hi everyone! What kind of diets/exercise programs are you on?

      Bulking Macros 350c/70f/300p

      4 day split

      1.) Legs, Rear Delts
      2.) Chest, Tris, Traps, Abs
      3.) Back, Bicept, Rear Delts
      4.) Shoulders, Traps, Abs
      Forearms when I have time here and there, at least once a week.
      Cardio 3 days a week.

      3230 for now, probably 3430 in the next 2 weeks, then cut after 16 weeks total. After cutting from 315 to 199, cutting for a few weeks after a bulk will be nothing lol.
