FOOD- workout after 8 pm ???

Any suggestions for what should I eat if I finish working out at the earliest at 8 pm????

    Anything you want that fits within your calorie and nutrition goals.

    Eat whatever you want that's within your goals and doesn't give you indigestion or funny dreams!

    That's not really how this works. Your body is always burning calories--as you can tell as you are still alive. :wink:

    Meal timing is not relevant to weight loss.

    eat whatever fits in your calorie goals. If you have reflux problems at night you would want to eat something that doesn't aggravate that

    English muffin or bagel thin with peanutbutter
    Fruit
    Greek yogurt
    Shake
    Kashi go lean or other protein based cereal with skim milk
    Hummus on small pita
    Protein bar..maybe Quest:)
    Egg white omlette on a peice of toast

    *Mainly you want something light so your not uncomfortable during your workout plus something with good carbs.
