hi all im new to this site have decided its time tio finally ditch the junk food and shed the pounds :) i just need to get myself motivated and make the time to exercise, so fingers crossed :smile:

  • exercising In the morning is always the best way, i think, because it gets it out of the way for the rest of the day. Especially when you have kids. or alot to do during the day.

    claire, ( skittles), u need to drop the vodka bottle aswell chicken. i know what ur like! no wine has cals aswell b4 u ask lol
