    i was around your weight (i think 185? but it could have been a bit more because i was never anxious to weigh! 185 is the highest number i remember seeing on the scale) & 5'4 when i started also! i didn't take a "before" picture though :cry: every time in my life i had taken a "before" picture, i never lost the weight, lol so i think i was worried i would get discouraged if i took one! of course now im 155 & wish i had one (my goal is 125-130).
