yeah....those first two bodybuilders most definitely use "supplements." pick something more realistic. the 10-12% guy in the group photo doesn't need to take any "supplements" to look like that (if he is, he should sue his dealer) and a typical male could do that with a bit of lifting and a very meticulous eye on his diet0

don't worry about those guys0

The one supplement they all use is Fe, and lots of it.
As long as you watch what you eat, get plenty of protein and pick up and put down a ton of iron, your body will change. Maybe not to the extent of the guys in the links, but it will change.0 -
The first 2 links are pro bodybuilders. They take tons of roids. If you want to get a big muscular body, just eat a lot and lift super heavy. Lots of steak, chicken, fish. Maybe supplement with whey protein and creatine. It's going to take a while to gain a lot of mass, so be patient. It you want a body like the 10-12% pic, do cardio on top of the lifting. Eat a little less too but keep lifting heavy weights. Keep you're protein intake high.0

yes, both those guys take tons of juice! 1st pic is Lee Priest, been in the game a long time, and has admitted to tons of use. Not positive on who the 2nd guy is, but he does as well. These's aren't men you won't to compare to, or try to achieve, unless your goal is to compete at a Pro level.
Both those guys are 3-4% or less even.
10-12% is attainable naturally for most of us. Below 10% things get a little more trickier.0 -
First two are on steroids.
That last pic, 10-12% is achievable naturally.
If that's you in your avi, you have an ok base to start. You're skinny-fat. Get on a good lifting routine and diet and you can look similar or better than that picture (10-12% pic you linked to) in a few months. I'd say 6 months. If you really apply yourself or have good genetics then maybe even less than that.0
