just wanted to say hello

I just wanted to drop by and say hello and share my story. For years, I have been able to maintain my weight, but due to an injury and then surgery, I managed to gain 15 lbs back. This was devastating to me because I worked so hard to get the weight off and to maintain a very active lifestyle. I was a weight watcher user for a long time with great success, but for some reason, I am getting no where with it now and feel like I need to shake things up a bit. I am now 5 mths out in my recovery and am still limited on my activities but I have started a swim aerobics class and am riding my recumbent bike. Now I need to focus really hard on my caloric intake and try to get myself back in shape. I have a lot of exciting things happening in the next few months and really want to be in better shape.

  • That is great that you are getting back to it despite the setbacks. Water aerobics are deff a great choice!
