The barely eating thing could be the problem - exercise requires fuel. And rest.
How many calories are you eating?0 -
how much are you eating?

You need food - and protein.0

Protein deficient. Your muscles will not work without fuel.0

1. If you are barely eating they you are not following anyones advice. Eat your goal calories and those you burn at the gym. Its not a race
2. Weigh and Measure everything you eat and log accurately.
3. 5Lbs is a lot for one month. Do you want to lose your weight overnight. This is a lifestyle change not a fad miracle diet. Take 5 1lb blocks of butter and hold them up........better in your hand than on your *kitten* or belly!
4. Alternative is to be a lazy *kitten*, sit and eat crap, and get fatter and fatter and fatter.......thats not going to get you anywhere.
You can do this, just follow the advice, take it seriously and commit a realistic time to reach your goals. I've committed an entire year just to lose my weight and then I will be working on getting muscular! Giver now and reach your potiental or give up and slowly degrade to an extremely unhappy unattractive person.0 -

Sounds like you need to eat more and find some fun exercise. Good luck0

Eat more, exercise less. Also find some form of exercise you enjoy.0

Here is something I learned food is not our enemy and sometimes you have to throw yourself a curve ball you need a rest day and spice up your plan. If you have cut out carbs add a little bit to spike your metabolism so that it starts revving it up. I am not saying this might work for everyone but it has helped me tremendously. I also felt tired and needed a break i took a week of rested and went back at it trying new things if its riding your bike outdoors, roller blading, walking, running, whatever your heart desires do it. Our bodies are smart we have to keep tricking it so that when we hit a plateau we can move past it. I have dropped the ball many of times but I refuse to give up and you shouldn't either vent and move on but keep on trying. Treat this as if its a job you have to go to work in order to get paid so you have to work and eat right to get the body you want whatever you are comfortable with.0

You need protein, too. Pay attention to how much protein MFP puts at the bottom of your daily food diary as a target goal for daily proten intake. Do your best to hit that number - you can get protein with tuna fish, eggs, legumes, hemp seed...any number of ways. Protein is a building block for muscular strength. Your body needs it!

cut out most of the fruits and instead eat lots more protein and some complex carbs. your body can't work without fuel.
as far as being bored working out, you could listen to music or to an audiobook. or you could join a class of some kind to help motivate you.0 -

Um fruits have complex carbs. So do veggies. As a chemist I get tired of hearing "eat bread" for complex carbs. Nope, you should be eating veggies. Fruits are only limited because they have a simple sugar in them. But you should still be eating a few cups a day of fruits. When I say fruits, I mean FRUITS not juices. Fruits have a lot of the things you need and are way better for you than bread. So are veggies. Depending on the bread you buy (even wheat bread) fruit has more complex carbs than they do (I can't even think of a brand that this isn't true. High quality wheat breads still have the same issue). So in most cases having a cup of cherries better for you than eating a cup of wheat pasta noddles.
Fun fact, but the fructose in fruit actually acts different in the body than corn syrup. The study found naturally occurring sugars had a positive affect in the body vs processed sugars.0 -

Losing 5 lb in one month is right on track for healthy weight loss as long as you aren't trying to lose vanity weight. A few things might be happening. Are you eating enough to support your work-outs? Exercising 7/7 is going to cause exercise burnout. Your body really needs at least one day a week for repair. Give yourself a break doing nothing more than your normal activity for a couple of days then go back at it. Your body could be adapting to certain exercises making them less effective as well so it is best to change your strategy and routines from time to time. Boredom comes through repetitive routines so change your routine. Don't rely solely on the gym. There are a lot of great exercise videos on YouTube, fitness apps as well as the great outdoors. The weather is nice here which means I'm taking advantage of cycling, walking and hiking. Yesterday I did 10 mi cycling and the day before 8 mi walking. Today, I buying a hula hoop to work the hips  My routines change with my mood and there's nothing like a brisk 30 min walk to chase the blues away!0 -
If you are eating at a deficit or even at maintenance, the fat isn't going to "get back on you" when you eat. You need to eat to lose weight. You need to eat to exercise. It's healthy. I understand that you can logically understand this, but still emotionally feel that way. Please get help.
As far as exercise goes, you don't need to and shouldn't exercise everyday. You should take rest days. If you are bored with the exercise routine you're doing, find a different form of exercise. There are so many options out there, you're sure to find something that you love to do.0
