I used to do Pilates, years ago. Now, 2 kids and 50 lbs later I can't even do 1 sit up.
How do I start getting my core strength back? Any recommendation on where to start?
Thanks:)

These will strengthen your core stabilizer muscles for stronger core and better balance. Good luck!0

Build up slowly. Be careful with your back.
cross-crawlers, mountain climbers, planks, hip raises are a good way to work your way back towards sit-ups.0 -
Thank you. I'm googling them. Bit behind with these names.0

I wouldn't worry much about sit ups or crunches, they aren't very good at building a strong core.
Personally I prefer compound exercises and isometric exercises.
Squats, Deadlifts, OHP, etc....
Variations of Planks, V-holds, Variations of L-sits, rollouts.0 -
Thank you!
I'll start working on that core tonight:)0
