    After, you do the cleanse I have some cases of Monovie in my garage I need to unload, for dirt cheap, and I've heard it cures cancer.

    Ok, at first I though it was lasagna 30 days cleanse advice. Time for me to go to sleep.

    The only thing that has worked for me. I was eating 1200 cals a day, no sugar, no bad carbs, lots of veggies, worked out 5 days a week HARD. Could not lose a frigging ounce. Lost 18 pounds in 30 days with Isa. I swear by it.
