Let Me Sleep

Ever since I started dieting 6-7 weeks ago.
I find that I haven't slept for more that 2-4 hours per night and sometimes even less.
I just never feel tired. I'm so hyped up all the time.
I would like to deal with this before I end up with insomnia

This happens to me too. The less I eat and the more I exercise, the less I sleep. The good news for me is that I still seem to be able to get 6-7 hours of sleep a night. I've read that eating some complex carbs an hour or so before bed can help you sleep. You may want to try that.0

I don''t know what a complex carb is and I know that if I read up on it
My brain will just switch off telling me "Don't kid yourself my friend, You're
never going to understand this."0
