Sooo I've decided to keep me sane my new plan is : eat at a defecit 6 days a week (1200) calories , then one day a week have 2000 calories. Do you think this will work ? Or wil I gain ???

How active are you? Your BMR according to http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ is only about 1300 calories so if you're pretty sedentary, you'd create about a 600 calories deficit on your "good" days over the course of the week and then a 700 calorie over-intake on the "fun" day.
If you're active regularly and burn off the calories then this won't be a problem.0 -
Look at your nutrition for the past 7 days, rather than just today. (It's easier in the app.)
Set your goal to .5 lb. per week—which is way more than 1,200 calories per day.
