Just commited to losing weight. Having a really, really, really hard time with sugar addiction. Only recently rediscovered the difference between hunger and cravings. This will be a struggle, gonna need some help.

    I just started this week and let me tell you one thing, I am missing the ice cream! What I read is that you should give yourself a treat day, or a very small serving of what you want. That way you won't be going completely crazy over what you want. And at the same time, if you give your body what it is use to in a small amount, it won't go into storage mode and prevent you from burning calories.
  • Totally agree. Exercise is the key to curbing the cravings, though. It flushes your blood clear of the hormones. Started with walking, working my way up to much more.

    Cravings are awful! I love ice cream.

    I freeze fat free yoghurt :)
