i am new to MFP, so this probably was brought up before, but in the Calorie Counter app, how come it docks your monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats intake (any!) in red, yet my mfp app tells me i should shoot for 22g of saturated fat? Aren't PUFAs andMUFAs healthier for you than saturated fats? Wikipedia says so.
Hmm. Any thoughts?

I'm not sure how MFP bases its calculations for those, but you're correct that monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats are healthier for you than saturated fats and transfats.0
