drinking water without being thirsty

Hi all,
Ive been trying to drink water but the thing is i dont feel thirsty most of the time.
its not like im drinking any other liquid. Execpt may be two cup of tea the entire day.
im forcing my self to drink atleast 6 glasses a day.
how can i increase my intake?
Ive been feeling lathargic lately and few suggestions i got to help with that issue is drink plenty water and stay hydrated.

You can always incorporate some watery meals in your diet, like soups and such. It's pretty much a myth that ONLY water counts for hydration levels. You can also drink things like tea (depends on your caffeine intake levels), or add some flavoring to the water (like a bit of lemon juice, for example). That way you can actually enjoy drinking instead of just forcing the water down. Not as good as fresh stuff, but you can also add some artificial flavourings. I personally hate water, so have to utilize all the tricks to keep hydrated. Good luck!0

I wanted to stay away from artificial flavouring...but will try some.
at least ill be drinking tht way.
