Portion Size, a visual aid

This is something that I got at Hilton Head Health and that helped when I was being good (which needs to start again tomorrow). Hope it is of help... Not scientifically exact but a good guideline especially when dining out.

I would not concern myself with that part. I just think that the sizing comparisons are helpful.0 -

Of course it's not exact but it gives peeps an idea....

I use the hand one. It's more customized. Lots of hand guides on google. Large hand=bigger person=bigger portion. Small hand=smaller person=smaller portion.
Good estimates for restaurants for other people. Good estimates for me for everyday.0 -
