It's late in July, but I have been looking for walking peeps.... and I like the idea of tracking steps, which I already do with my fitbit!
So far I have walked 122K steps for the month of July (an average of about 6K steps per day)....so I am going to shoot for 30% more for the rest of the month with a total step count of 200K by the end of the July.

I've been finding myself able to handle longer distances/times. Beginning of June, it was a real workout to walk 1.5 miles or even 30 minutes. Now I'm doing combo run/walks of 2+ miles, and I just did a session of 34 minutes earlier this week, followed by weights.0 -

sorry I have slacked in posting here. Had a last minute wedding to help plan and take care of. Now its over and I am ready to get back at it. I have no idea how many miles I did during those two weeks so I am not going to count them. May not get to my goal but going to try.
