guitarJerry, you know when you start any exercise it is much more difficult than after you have done it a while. Call it muscle memory or learning how to move, I bet you could improve in Pilates much faster than an individual who is not as fit.0 -
goals for the end of end of august:
run 5k
get to body weight squat and deadlift
get to 135 bench (to put the big plates on!! )
some longer term goals are to run some spartans, enter into powerlifting comps next year once i've made goal weight and cleaning my body weight0 -
Unassisted chin up and pull up. And just because i never could do one when i was a chunky kid in dance class, a straddle split.0

My shorter term goal is to get my 5k speed down to around 30 minutes. I just finished c25k and I'm still pretty slow.
My long term goal is to compete in a triathalon.0 -
