How long did it take for you to lose the last 15-20 lbs?

Feels like I'm not budging, but I guess I need to be more strict with what I'm eating versus calories. Any advice?

    Took me 4 months to lose my last 20 lbs.

    Your logging needs to be 100% accurate at this point.

    LOL, so I had to look back to confirm, I've been losing the last 20 pounds since November, and I still have 4.6 pounds to go! :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

    Honestly not too worried about it, the number on the scale still goes down at regular intervals and I keep fitting in to smaller and smaller clothes. As long as the trend is down, don't worry too much about the time it takes to get there OP.

    If you are not losing, reduce your calories by 100 each week until you do. If you start losing too much, increase by 100.

    Thanks for all the perspectives. I was starting to lose motivation but haven't now!
