5'8" 165lbs 31" waist. Fat leaves my belly last, hoping to get back down to a 28" waist by the time I hit goal, but we shall see. It may only be 5lbs left, but it'll probably take me 4 months to lose them if current trends continue  .

    169
    35" waist

I've always tended to hold extra weight at my midsection, it's quite aggravating. Since my hips are 40", it makes my figure look a bit rectangular.

I'm pretty clearly an outlier here, but:

    5'5"
    27.75" waist
    (36" chest, 37.5" hips)
    180 lbs

5'7", weight is up right now at 133, and my waist is 27. At my preferred weight, my waist is 26, so not that different.

5"8", 132 lbs and 26 inch waist today, sometimes 25 but depends on what I ate the day before. I always had a well defined waist and was never above 32" even at my heaviest 169 lbs. I gain weight in bust & hips/thighs mainly.

While it is human nature to want to know where you "rank", to be honest, should we really care what anyone else's waist size is? It's great to be motivated by someone else's success, but comparing yourself to others is always a losing proposition. There is always going to be someone thinner, more muscular/stronger, prettier/more handsome, smarter, wealthier, funnier, more talented, bigger boobs/package, etc.

I think it is important to focus on being your best self, run your own race, and forget about everyone else.

    5'0, 120lbs, and 27 inch waist.

    (I don't have a measurement from my heaviest, 147lbs, but I was at 29.5 inches at 135lbs.)

My fat seems to go in the middle because I'm not that much overweight (a calculator said I'm 4 lbs overweight for my height and frame size) and yet I have a big waist measurement. :(

I'm 6'2", 369# and I can't find my waist. Last I tried to measure it the measuring tape wasn't big enough :(. Admittedly that was a year ago - I'll eventually get up the courage to measure myself again. But it's VERY depressing when a 5' measuring tape is too small.

When I was really healthy I had a 32" waist. But that was a long long time ago.

Go to Walmart in the sewing and quilting aisle. They have an 8 foot tape measure for quilters. I got mine there!

No. No. No. You miss the point. First, I don't exactly want to know. And second, I look forward to the NSV: able-to-measure-waist. But thanks for the suggestion. If I get up enough courage to find out I might just get the larger measuring tape.

These are the most interesting measurements/weight I've seen. Where do you carry most of your weight? Your chest is not that big and your hips are much smaller than mine and I'm 154 now. I'm just asking because my measurements are 32", 28", 42" which are super rare as well.

The last time I measured my waist was over a year and 20/25lbs ago, it was 26 inches then. Will have to get a tape measure soon.
