    I'm a day by day guy myself, weekly goals never worked for me, I need them to be more immediate. Habit is really the thing that works for me, and the best thing for that I've found is keep on plugging away at it until it becomes routine and then I just get carried along with it :)

    That said, I am an awfully competitive sort with myself, and in the moment when exercising for example, I will try push myself as far and as hard as I can. When I do that I find I can't help but make progress.

    My goal is to walk 60,000 steps this week. I already got 15,000. I am on my way there! :)

    Goals: Take measurements, take progress pictures, increase workout time, take kids on 5 20min walks, stay grounded by taking time to enjoy nature.

    How did everyone do for their weekly goals?

    I wanted to walk 60,000 steps last week. I ended up at 62,000 steps for the week! Way for goals!
