This is my second time around on myfitnesspal... The first time around I lost a grand total 90 pounds.
Since then, I have gained a boyfriend, which means gaining comfortableness with someone... and unfortunately for me, that means an extra 25 pounds.

I have lost ALL motivation for the gym, and I am disgusted with myself.
I am looking to lose 25 pounds and to do so I am going to need MAJOR motivation.

Please friend request me and hopefully we can help each other :)

    you can add me as a friend, the more the merrier I always say, plus I need motivation after losing 80 pounds myself, I have binged a wee bit and would like to lose 10 myself............. always have an open diary too.

    I added you.. oh, and you added me too... lol!

    Instead of going to the gym, try to walk for 30 minutes, 5 days a week. Challenge yourself. Walk briskly... progress to speed walking.
