I kinda hate when people say it takes patience. Mostly because the people saying this are the uberfits who have tickers that say they've lost 2lbs or some tiny number. Of course they can be patient. Going from 12% body fat to 9% body fat literally has changed their life in no way. Telling someone who needs to lose 50lbs or more so that it's actually easier to function in life to be patient is flat out insulting.

That's pretty judgey. Some people have lost 50lbs+ but change their tickers to reflect smaller goals. Or they lost all the weight, but do bulks and cuts to continue working on body composition.

I'd like to add the word "uberfit" to the list after this post.

    Clique

As in "I can't believe there are cliques on this social media site."
In the social sciences, a clique (CanE, UK /ˈkliːk/ or US /ˈklɪk/) is a group of "persons who interact with each other more regularly and intensely than others in the same setting".

I've lost 79, with 60 to go. I still say be patient.

For me, it's sabotage. I can't brain today, so I can't think of the others, but I know there are more.

I don't really mind any words but I feel the words uttered by grammar and spelling nazis have no legitimate reason to exist on the forums other than judge people for things totally unrelated to weight loss / fitness.
