At the moment, I drink a deep bowl mug of strong tea with milk. I am a massive tea lover and even like fruit teas to a point. Usually, if I'm away at university, I drink a chai latte or a vanilla latte from either Cafe Nero or Costa but tea is always what I go back to. I always also make sure I have a glass of water or squash after my tea so I start my day off0

I prepare my lemon lime water the night before so I usually have a bottle of that with breakfast and my vitamins, but I start off with two mugs of green tea, one with gelatin mixed in. (I Take gelatin as a supplement for my skin etc)0
