hello
i have started doing personal training sessions
approx an hour doing a bit of everything hand weights. jogging, boxing
abs, medicine ball you name it.
only problem is i can't really find an exercise in the database
to fit that type of thing.
any suggestions? or idea about how many calories that would burn?
thanks

You can add those things separately rather than one exercise. Estimate how long you spend on each and how intense it is. In an hour you'd be hoping to burn at least 200-600 cals depending on breaks/intensity.

Calisthenics - might be worth looking up - MFP has a couple of levels. The problem is you have NO IDEA the level of accuracey here. Options would be to buy a monitoring device (still not 100% accurate and can be expensive) or

Alternatively - set your Calorie Target fro ZERO weight loss and a low activity level. Eat to this level. Whatever you burn in Training creates your defecit 9dont "eat back" any exercise calories). Then you do what we all have to do no matter how accurately we count . . . you try it for a few weeks, see if your setup works - if yes, keep to it. If not, change one of the parameters. The ideal here is that over the trial period you are consistent with your tracking.
