    Usually a fruit like nectarine or cherries and string cheese. I have 3 snacks a day 1 mid afternoon, an evening snack before 8 p.m. and snack on almonds throughout the day.

    Hard-boiled eggs on sourdough wasa crackers and laughing cow light cheese, or air-popped popcorn. They're usually my go-to snacks. In fact I'll be diving into the popcorn in about 45 minutes!!

    Laughing Cow Lite Cheese and rice crackers, or a beef jerky bar, or a small tin of tuna with lowfat wholegrain crackers. I also eat a large lunch, so usually am not hungry in the afternoon.

    Sometimes I just drink a few cups of water and work in a twenty minute walk, which often squelches the "hunger".

    I'm reading all these and they are like snacks... At 3pm I'm sitting down eating a whole meal: chicken breast, 1 cup of cooked brown rice and maybe some veggies... I eat a meal every 3 hours.
