I'm new to fitness pal. Been trying unsuccessfully for the past 4 months to get in shape and lose weight. I have to eat right and exercise to see any results. If I do one and not the other, I'm just spinning my wheels. Had a bad week and it showed on the scale. I had a good day today, but didn't manage to get any exercise in. I've been in and out all day, so I have been active, but it's not the kind of activity that shows any results.
I'm positive that I'll be able to get my weight down and my family can enjoy a more energetic, healthier me!!:bigsmile:0 -
