    eating 1200 net calories per day, working out 3 days cardio/3 days strength training per week, eating back part of my exercise calories. not only have i been steadily losing weight, but i've been getting stronger and more fit.

    No snacking, normally eating half of what I used to meal times and limiting alcohol intake (hardest part for me).

    I am trying Adkins...only for few weeks (hopefully to goal weight)...then back to low carb but not SO restrictive!

    I am sticking with Adkins at the moment.
    I know it's not what most people advise, but it works for me and I feel 100 times better eating low carb.
