    You look great! Never discount the effort it takes to lose a pound -- 37# is a huge accomplishment - over 3# per month. That's an amazing effort and result over 1 year! Thanks for sharing!

    Not a big loss? Look at it as a percentage of body weight. I'd say it was! Awesome change, too. Great job. Thanks for showing us "maturing" ladies that it's possible to be fit and happy with yourself without obsessing. :D

    ^This!^ For everyone who has turned their world upside down or gone on some crazy diet hoping for the miracle cure. It really can be done within your current lifestyle and world. Little changes = big results.

    What a change, you look great! I'm also trying to (in addition to working out) be a bit more active in my daily life as much as I can given that my job is to sit at a desk... but it is nice to see that those little bits of increased activity throughout the day can make a difference!
