I'm 5'5". SW in February was 181. CW is 161.9. GW is 135-140. 137 sounds good in my head.0

My first goal is 160. It really depends on your frame too, I am large framed so I think that would be a good goal. If I feel that I need to lose more than I will. Right now I just want to be under 200.
Me too. I'm 200 pounds right now. I'm going to keep lifting and running and see what I look like at 160, then adjust accordingly.0 -

18 years ago I weighed 125 when I got pregnant and a lot of folks said I was too thin. Meh. If I like 140 I'll stay there lol.0 -
I'm 5'7" and my GW is 130. My CW is 135 and SW 142.
For many years I was underweight (117-125) and told I looked drawn and tired... I felt exhausted, too. I think 130 is a healthy weight for me. I've got a small frame so the extra pounds I'd gained felt very uncomfortable! ( though must admit I loved having those bigger boobs ;-) )....LOL0 -
My goal is set at 125 lbs, I'm currently 134 lbs. My 'natural' weight tends to stabilize around 140 lbs, when I stop logging.
Like many others, once I get below 130 I'll probably go by body fat percent rather than just weight, I'd be really happy if I could get to 16-17%.
edit: a lot of people talk about frame sizes when thinking about a weight that 'looks good' on them... which I totally agree... but I think boob size has a lot to do with it too i'm sure i'm able to aim lower than some just because I hardly carry any weight in that area, lol...0 -
I'm 5'7 and started Monday at 180 and wearing size 18 tops and 16 bottoms. Hopefully getting down to 140 will see me in much more flattering size 12 / 14s. At ave 40+ think this would be good for me. Been this size since ha ing youngest child 20 yrs ago0

This is me too, I have a large frame. My highest was 125 (not including pregnancy) my lowest adult weight was just around 170, I was wearing 14's and just about to get into 12's when I got pregnant. I was so happy and comfortable then. So right now I'm at 208, my goal is 160 for now. We'll see what happens after that.0 -
I'm 5'6", but a lot older than you. Several years ago, I made it down to 139, but my Weight Watchers leader warned me that it would probably be an unsustainable weight for me to maintain, and it was. I'm 152.2 now, and I would just like to stay below 150, so I don't have to tell people that number. Ideally, I'd like to get to 145, but I'm just trying to be healthy and not hung up too much on a number.0

Im 22 years old and 202 pounds struggling too loose the weight!
Can anyone give any tips im exercising and eating less/healthy! I don't know what more to do!0 -

Goal: I'd like to crack the 120's while maintaining my muscle mass. I think this winter I'm going to go on a small "bulk" to build up my chest and back muscles so my xylophone (breastbone) isn't so prominent (damn flat chest).
If I ever get down to 120, sweet. If I stick in the low 130's great. If I can get down to and maintain at 125 that's awesome too :drinker:0 -

Millions of miles left to go. I'm 5'6" and remember feeling really strong and agile at 135-140 so shooting for that goal. It's just the beginning, but feel everything is doable and the support at MFP GREAT!

I'm 5'6 and started here on MFP at 157. My dream goal is to get to 135. Before I had started having kids (at 25) I was a size 7 and around 120 pounds. My highest weight since having children has been 160ish. I think I can reach 140, maintain that, look and feel fit - but since at one time my (adult) frame supported less weight, I feel 135 would be most ideal and closer to where I was when I reached adult maturity. In general, however, the numbers don't matter if I am able to gain muscle, tone, and tighten up the jiggly parts!0

Im between 5'6"-5'7" and for now my goal is to get to 150. That's a little less then before I got pregnant with my 3rd baby and became a stay at home mom/wife. Its been very difficult for me to lose this weight. Feel free to add! Could use some motivation!0

medium frame/ large chest and muscular/ thick body type rib n chest bones already prominent but still have a pocket of dense cellulite around the naval area mostly ( currently in size 10 bottoms, 16 tops ) I dont think i weighed under 130 since i was 12 and got picked on for being too skinny then. Always been envious of petite gals0 -

I'm 5'6" and loving it! Haha, my starting weight was around 180, and I'm currently 164 or so. My mini goal weight is 140, but I loved being 130. I shall reasses, but right now, I'm just enjoying getting smaller and fitter! Feel free to add me for support. You've got this!0

I am 5'7 and my goal is around 165, if you look at mybodygallery.com you can key in height and weight and see what different women and weights look like, but it all depends on muscle, I pulled up one girl that was 5'7 and 175 and she looked amazing, definitely had a lot of muscle.0

Lowest adult weight- about 140-145
Current weight- 180 (baby #3 is 10 months old, went from 160-200 lbs with her
Goal weight- I don't have a specific number in mind. I just want to be healthier, feel better and like how I look again. I have a lot of muscle and a medium-large frame so probably 140s.0 -
I am 5.5" and I'm currently 140lbs the heaviest I've ever been (without being pregnant) I've got my darling sons to thanks for excess belly fat!! I'm determined more than ever now to lose a good 25lbs, which will put me at a weight I've never been in my adult life. Having said that though, my main goal is to seriously tone my tummy - so if that happens before the 25lb weight loss I'll be happy with that!

I'm currently 186, but under 30% body fat, size 10/12... Since my goal is 15-22% body fat, that puts my weight between 155 and 170.0

My doctor wants me at 160. That's a 45 lb loss from where I started.0

I'm 5'5.5 and my highest weight was 220 and it sucked. Current weight around 180 (not exactly sure since I haven't weighed myself since April) but I'm aiming for 160.0

My goal weight is somewhere between 135 and 145. I think I might be too thin though if I get down to 135.0
