Big belly, apple shape...tips needed!

Anyone with a bit of a apple shape who can give some tips?

All my weight is in my stomach and I wonder if there are some things i need to be avoiding/ doing in particular

  • I am apple as well... I did crossfit for over a year and toned everywhere except my stomach!!!! So frustrating. I started running 3 days a week and incorporating more cardio into my routine and started rapidly losing weight on my stomach. I would suggest incorporating more cardio if you aren't already doing lots.

    Calorie deficit. In general, due to hormones, men and women have different areas where we store fat. Among both sexes, we also have individual variances. So, some women will store it in the arms first while others in the thighs first for example.

    Fat will follow a first on, last off approach. So, if your butt got bigger then your thighs and then your stomach, when you lose weight, first your stomach will get smaller, then your thighs and then your butt.

    So, just keep chugging along with fat loss.
