I am 5'6, about 175 pounds. I wear a size 10 in both pants and tops, which is typically a medium or a large depending on the company. My goal weight is 150 but I might be satisfied at 160. We shall see!0

5ft 6 (168cm) ladies what's your goal weight? just looking to see what people consider realistic I'm currently at 162lb and at my lowest last year was 142lb but that was seriously scary, was NOT having a good time at all!

I'm about 5'5". SW: 225 (super uncomfortable and unhealthy - I blame college - definitely not Freshmen 15 - more like Freshmen 50 -.-). CW: 177 (been fluctuating for about a month and its irritating. Blah). And my GW: 160 for right now. I'll take baby steps once I hit that point. Could possibly go as low as 145. Maybe0

I'm 5' 6" and my goal is to get back to 140, where I was before the woes and stresses of college where I gained thirty-five pounds. Ugh. Out of college now, so I'm working to lose the weight by counting calories and cardio. I'm saying 140 right now, but depending on how I look, I could go lower. Then again, I'm a medium built and I think I might look sickly below 140. So I'll reassess when I get to my goal.0

Been here for about a year. Would kind of like to drop another 5 or maybe even 10, but it's hard to get the motivation to drop the weekend wine from my diet when I already look and feel pretty good. A little lumpy, you know, but not bad0 -
Great question ! I am 5"8' and my target is 144lb. I got that target from the Dukan diet website, but I am not following that diet anymore.0

5'6" here- goal weight is 150. SW was 275 CW is 264. I can't imagine going below 150- lowest I recall in the last 10 years is around 185 and I was a full size 12/size 14 at that time. I'm curvy as well, last time I spoke to a Dr. about it they set my goal weight around 170-175. If I get to 170 and am happy and healthy and fit and can maintain that... then I will stick with it and not force the last 20 lbs. We'll see where the journey takes me.0

Also 5'6" with a goal range of 116 to 120. Currently at 138.
Lowest adult weight was 110, and I didn't look bad, but I was on a strict diet for my dialysis treatments, and that is the only thing that has ever kept me away from chocolate. Surprisingly, I had enough energy to keep fit, and the surgeon even commented on my strength the day I got my transplant.
It took me two years to gain up to 116 ish, and I settled in there nicely until I moved across the country and got depressed and reclusive. I gained up to 169 and bam--no more energy.
So I'm definitely a person who can wear and benefit from a lower body weight.0 -
I'm 5'6". My current goal is 145. The last time I weighed that i felt great about my body and was in a size 7/8. But my ultimate goal now is 130-135 just for health reasons and I want to have a more "slender" look.0

I'm 5'6" and I've set my first goal weight to about 145 so that I'm well into a healthy BMI. I think the lowest I'll ever want to be is in the 130s but I'm aiming for 145-ish first and then going to alter my goal from there until I'm happy with my body (:0

GW: was 140 - then 130 - now I think about 125
started stronglifts 5x5 about 5 weeks ago which is toning up things and I'm losing inches, so I might just stay around 130 depending on how I feel. BTW I'm going to be 53.0 -

5'6" Goal Weight is 135. I keep fluctuating lately because I haven't been as diligent. After losing a little over 50 pounds I have been maintaining lately but want to drop the rest. It's about another 20-25 pounds.. Depends on the day lol.

I am 5'7" and when I was 145 I was looking good, but still able to go down a bit. 135 is my goal. I will probably adjust when I get closer.0

I'm 5'6 and I was 154lbs pre pregnancy (my baby is 13 weeks old now) and I'd have liked to have got down to 145lbs. Anything lighter than that is too thin for my build, it just doesn't look right. I was a UK size 10/12 (US 6/8) at 154lbs and was happy with that, I just wanted to lose a bit of fat on my thighs and improve my abs a bit.
Now I want to get back into my pre pregnancy clothes, and I don't really mind what my weight is, but I would like to get to 150lbs.0 -

I'm 5'5" so, close to your height. I weight 182 right now after having a baby and gaining 70 pounds (205 before birth). I use to weigh 135 right before I got pregnant. My lowest weight was 105 (way to low thanks to ED). My optimal weight would be 115 to 125 lbs.0
