Hi all,

Finally taking a step in my life to not be over weight and keep myself in good shape.

I have this amazing ability to not know when to stop eating cause I love the taste of food even after being full.

Cool to know there are plenty of others devoted to monitoring their workouts and food intake as well as

providing people with their experiences and recipes.


I guess this site enables me to quantify what I eat and reinforces my decision to say no to the extra fatty foods

or help me realize i need a bonus workout for what i am eating.

Short goal is to lose 40 pounds and long term is to maintain a healthy life style once I achieve that goal.
