Finishing up calories

What do you eat at night as a healthy snack to finish up your calories for the day? I have about 250 calories left over, and I have no idea what to eat. Normally I would eat a treat, but, of course, I want something nutritious.

    I usually drink a glass of chocolate milk:
    1.5c 2% milk
    1 tbsp Nesquick Chocolate Syrup

    245 Calories!!

    Or a toasted piece of bread w/ peanut butter and 1/2 banana sliced on top. yummy!!
    Bread - 80-100 calories
    0.5 tbsp creamy peanut butter - 48 calories
    0.5 large banana - 61 calories

    179 - 199 calories!
  • I had some calories left today, so I ate one ounce of colby cheese ( I don't drink milk, so it helps with calcium intake too)

    A light yogurt with a bit of granola could work. Or you could have a piece of fruit and some dark chocolate! :)
