I'm doing a water challenge with Maria Kang, a gallon a day for 30 days starting 1st August.

Is anyone else?

Make sure and carry it to the gym in an unmarked clear gallon jug. It lets everyone else know how serious you are about drinking water.

You should already be drinking a gallon a day if you're dieting and/or exercising...

I'm having trouble just getting to 12 cups, but I really want to try this! Maybe I could work my way up...
